BDB catat keuntungan RM4.51 juta
Bina Darulaman Berhad (BDB) reported a pre-tax profit of RM4.51 million for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, with revenue of RM294.7 million, compared to RM14.47 million and RM313.1 million in 2023. Despite slower financial performance, BDB remains optimistic about long-term growth prospects, focusing on core businesses, resource management efficiency, and strategic projects in the Northern Region. These include the Darulaman Saujana Township in Hosba, Kubang Pasu, and the near-completion of the Pelubang Water Treatment Plant, which will improve water access in Kubang Pasu and Kota Setar districts. Leisure divisions like Darulaman Park and DGCC continue to attract visitors.
