Interesting fight in offing in Tempasuk
The Tempasuk state constituency in Sabah, Malaysia, is expected to be a highly contested seat in the upcoming 17th State Election. At least five parties, including GRS, BN, KDM, Warisan, and PH, are planning to field candidates, posing a significant challenge to the incumbent, Datuk Mohd Arsad Bistari. Potential candidates include Arshad (GRS), Baharul Sawi (BN), John Samud or Dr Rimin Maun (KDM), Datuk Ts. Mustapha Sakmud (PKR), and Datuk Hanjan Samit or Khidir Lamsil (Warisan). With a diverse electorate split between Bajau and Dusun communities, the outcome is unpredictable.
