Kapit NGOs extend aid to ailing elderly widow of Temenggong
Several Kapit NGOs, including the Malaysian Red Crescent Society, Lions Club, Foochow Association, and Chinese Women Association, jointly provided essential items to Fung Hai Chuo, the elderly widow of the late Temenggong Lau Kah Kee. Fung, bedridden due to severe diabetes, received adult diapers, wet tissues, milk powder, and financial aid. Her family, including her stroke-recovering son and daughter-in-law, relies on her grandson, Stanley, as the sole breadwinner.
