Over 1,000 customers of a health and beauty center operating across five Malaysian states (Johor, Selangor, Melaka, Penang, and Kuala Lumpur) have been left stranded after the business abruptly ceased operations on May 1st. Customers, who purchased massage packages ranging from RM2,400 to RM10,000, report a collective loss of approximately RM500,000. The business owner failed to notify customers of the closure, initially claiming fully booked schedules before finally admitting to cash flow and staffing issues. 54 affected individuals have filed police reports.
