The employee, identified as Nikita, reportedly took revenge after an argument with a customer. The video, which went viral on social media, shows him spitting on the patty, spreading the saliva with a spoon, and then covering it with cheese. Tasty Dots, the restaurant, condemned the act and confirmed Nikita's dismissal.
