‘Downton Abbey’ fans flock to auction of props ahead of grand finale
Props and costumes from the popular British TV series Downton Abbey are going on sale at Bonhams auction house in London. The online auction, running from August 19th to September 16th, features items like the servant's call bell system, estimated at £6,000-£8,000. The sale has attracted global interest, particularly from America, Europe, and Asia. The series, which concluded after six seasons and spawned two films, has garnered over 120 million viewers worldwide. A third film, "The Grand Finale," is set for release on September 12th.
