Bot kargo air ditahan lakukan pelbagai kesalahan
A cargo boat was detained near Tanjung Harapan, Klang, Malaysia, for multiple offenses. The vessel, operated by an Indonesian captain and three crew members, failed to activate its Automatic Identification System (AIS) and violated Merchant Shipping Ordinance (MSO) 1952 regulations. Discrepancies included an incorrect captain's name on the license, failure to produce the required 500GT Domestic Trade Voyages license, two unregistered crew members, and employing foreign crew without proper documentation. One crew member also lacked a valid identification document, violating the Immigration Act 1959/63. The boat and crew were handed over to Malaysian Maritime authorities for further investigation.
