The prayers were held at the Ar-Rahman Mosque at the Hilir Perak district police headquarters. Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay and Perak police chief Datuk Noor Hisam Nordin were also present. The bodies were later transported to the FRU Unit 5 headquarters in Ipoh for final respects, along with the remains of the other two deceased officers.

Funeral prayers for the three, along with four other Muslim personnel, will be held at the mosque before being taken to FRU Unit 5 Headquarters in Ipoh for final respects.
