Abas chief Si honoured at National Sports Awards

Sunny Si Poh Heng, president of the Amateur Tenpin Bowling Association of Sarawak (Abas), made history by becoming the first Sarawakian to receive the National Sports Leadership Award. The award was presented at the National Sports Awards 2024 in Selangor. Si, also the deputy president of the Malaysian Tenpin Bowling Congress (MTBC), expressed gratitude to the Sarawak State Sports Council, National Sports Council, Ministry of Youth and Sports, and Sarawak Sports Corporation for their support. He has led Abas since 1988.
