Pamela Ling still missing but court to hear today her bid to challenge MACC’s actions
Sarawak-born Datin Seri Pamela Ling Yueh, missing since April 9, 2025, is pursuing a legal challenge against the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC). Filed just two days before her disappearance, the lawsuit contests her January arrest and travel ban, seeking to nullify the arrest warrant, regain her right to travel to Singapore to care for her children, and obtain approximately RM137,000 in compensation for expenses and damages. The High Court will first determine if her case can proceed.
