Chong demands transparency on S’wak govt’s ‘extravagant’ overseas trips

He questioned the rejection of a written question by DAP colleague Violet Yong seeking a breakdown of overseas travel costs for government officials over the past five years, citing 'public policy' as the reason. Chong argued the request was reasonable and demanded the Premier's Office publish the information online, dismissing security concerns raised by Deputy Speaker Datuk Idris Buang.
