Merdeka celebrators, rejoice! Rapid KL to run 24-hour services for rail, Sunway BRT and select bus routes

Rapid KL will operate all rail lines, Sunway BRT, selected bus routes, and Rapid On-Demand services for 24 hours from August 30 to 31 for National Day celebrations. This aims to facilitate public access to Merdeka events across the Klang Valley and Putrajaya. Over 5,000 Prasarana staff will be deployed to manage crowds and ensure smooth operations. Additional buses will also be available on Merdeka Eve and National Day. Free shuttle buses will operate in Putrajaya, and Rapid On-Demand vans will service several zones.
