The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has questioned 24 individuals regarding alleged corruption involving the smuggling of dangerous goods through cargo at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Those questioned include employees from three companies and officers from three enforcement agencies at KLIA. The investigation focuses on bribery related to the smuggling operation.
