Three incumbent PKR vice-presidents, Amirudin Shari, Aminuddin Harun, and Chang Lih Kang, retained their positions in the party elections. R. Ramanan was newly elected as vice-president. Amirudin received the most votes. Fahmi Fadzil topped the central leadership council polls, followed by Adam Adli and Chan Ming Kai. Nurul Izzah Anwar was elected as the new deputy president, defeating incumbent Rafizi Ramli.
