Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has been re-elected as president of Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) for the 2025-2028 term, winning uncontested. The official announcement was made by the Central Election Committee chairman during the PKR National Congress in Johor Baru. Anwar, also the Finance Minister, has held the presidency since 2018. The party election saw 251 candidates vying for various leadership positions, including 104 for the Central Leadership Council, 85 for the youth wing, and 62 for the women's wing.
