Microsoft is adding an AI-powered writing tool to Notepad, allowing users to generate text based on prompts. This feature lets users insert or refine text directly within the app. Other updates include an AI sticker generator for Paint, an object selection tool, and a perfect screenshot function with a color picker for Snipping Tool. These features are currently available to select Windows Insiders, with some AI features limited to Copilot+ PCs.
