Malaysia's leading automation machinery solutions provider, ASM Automation Group Berhad (ASM), aims to raise RM21.82 million through its initial public offering (IPO) on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia. The IPO involves the issuance of 128.34 million new shares at 17 sen per share, representing 24% of the enlarged share capital. The funds will be used for business expansion and working capital.
