The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) questioned a highway concessionaire with the title "Tan Sri" and his wife regarding alleged misappropriation of sukuk funds for highway construction in the Klang Valley. The 74-year-old Tan Sri and his wife were questioned for approximately eight hours at MACC headquarters. MACC also searched and seized assets, including a house and land worth RM12.5 million, belonging to the Tan Sri.
