Two men, including a Thai national, died in separate accidents in Kuala Krai, Malaysia, after the heavy machinery they were operating fell down slopes. The first incident involved a 49-year-old Thai man driving an excavator, which slipped and fell down a slope, ejecting and crushing him. The second involved a 59-year-old Malaysian man operating a bulldozer that fell into a 100-meter ravine. Both incidents occurred on plantation sites and are being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
