To alleviate the rising cost of living, a livestock farmer in Jerantut, Malaysia, is offering beef and buffalo meat at below-market prices. Buffalo meat is sold at RM30 per kilogram and beef at RM28 per kilogram, compared to the market price of RM34. Faizal Manan, manager of Kandang Emas Enterprise, has slaughtered 89 cattle and buffalo since early June to provide affordable meat to the community.
