The Penang DAP will review the 5% discount on unsold properties (overhang units) given to the Indian Muslim community. Chairman, Steven Sim Chee Keong, stated the issue will be discussed in the upcoming state executive council meeting after obtaining approval from the Chief Minister. They aim to ensure fair housing policies for all Penang residents.
