The Sarawak Children's Cancer Society (SCCS) aims to raise RM1 million and have 400 people shave their heads at the GoBald event to support children with cancer. SCCS needs RM2 million annually to provide medical sponsorships, financial aid, and specialized treatment, with expenses reaching RM2.9 million in 2024. This year, SCCS has already spent RM590,000 supporting 33 children, including significant funds for a child undergoing a bone marrow transplant. Projected medical expenses for 2025 are RM1.5 million.
