Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim met with Barisan Nasional (BN) Members of Parliament to discuss current issues and government policies. The meeting, requested by BN Chairman and Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, addressed topics including proposed taxes, the judiciary, and rumors about RON95 petrol rationalization. Anwar clarified that the initial proposal regarding RON95 was not approved by the Cabinet. The meeting, held at Seri Perdana Complex, lasted for 90 minutes and aimed to ensure BN's understanding and cooperation with the government's policies.
