Construction of the Satu Anggota Satu Rumah (SASaR) housing project at Wardieburn Camp in Kuala Lumpur, comprising 974 units, is set to begin in Q1 2026. Another SASaR project with 6,400 units at Genting Klang Camp is scheduled for 2030. Currently, a 3,500-unit SASaR project in Sungai Besi is underway, with completion expected in Q4 2023. These projects will bring the total SASaR units in Kuala Lumpur to 10,874. The projects will use a cross-subsidy model without land swaps. The Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) is also expected to receive its first Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) in 2026.
