A foreign couple was arrested in Mukah, Malaysia, for suspected drug trafficking. Police seized 22 packets of methamphetamine, a Toyota Fortuner, jewelry, and cash, totaling RM121,000. The 33-year-old male driver and 47-year-old female passenger are believed to have been distributing drugs in the Mukah-Selangau and Ulu Balingian areas. They tested negative for drug use and face charges under Section 39B of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, which carries the death penalty or life imprisonment.
