A 41-year-old chef in Johor Bahru, Kai, is facing threats from a loan shark impersonator after mistakenly receiving RM600. He had inquired about a credit card but was given an unsolicited loan. The scammer demanded double the amount, threatening to vandalize Kai's home and harm his family if he didn't comply. Kai returned the initial RM600 and reported the incident to the police, but the harassment continues through his wife. He has sought help from MCA Johor.
