Datin Seri Pamela Ling Yueh has been granted leave by the High Court to challenge her arrest and travel ban imposed by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and Immigration Director-General. The court will review the warrant used for her January 8th arrest and the travel ban preventing her from caring for her children in Singapore. Ling is also seeking RM137,000 in compensation. The case management is set for June 3rd.
