A lorry driver, Rudi Zulkarnain Mat Radi, accused of causing the deaths of nine Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) officers in a road accident, was rearrested shortly after being released on bail. He was detained for alleged involvement in a cattle theft case in April. He had just posted RM6,000 bail for the nine charges of dangerous driving causing death, for which he pleaded not guilty.
