Malaysia proposed seven key pillars for collaboration among Islamic nations in artificial intelligence (AI) and future technologies. Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Zambry Abd Kadir presented the proposal at the 2nd OIC-15 Ministerial Meeting on Science, Research and Technology in Tehran, Iran, from May 18-19. The proposal aims to foster cooperation in areas related to AI and future tech development within the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation.
