Johor-based integrated property developer Astaka Holdings Limited and its joint venture partner, Kimlun Corporation Berhad, have commenced construction on the Arden residential service project. Part of phase 3 of Astaka's flagship One Bukit Senyum development, Arden is a freehold development with a gross development value (GDV) of RM800 million. The project is located within the larger One Bukit Senyum development.
