Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has restored several online systems following a recent technical disruption. Other systems are being progressively restored and are expected to be fully operational by May 23rd. Affected services included Adu@KL, e-housing, e-license, Tempah@KL, and several others. DBKL's portal, email, and payment systems are now functioning normally. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the disruption. DBKL emphasized that no ransom demands were involved, contrary to earlier reports, and is committed to strengthening cybersecurity measures.
