A 17-year-old driver of a Honda Jazz, involved in an accident that resulted in the death of three teenagers in March, will submit a representation to the Attorney General's Chambers (AGC). The underage driver is facing two charges: driving without a license and causing death by reckless driving. His lawyer, Johan Radzi, announced this during a case mention proceeding.
