Parti Warisan has denied rumors of forming alliances and confirmed it will contest the 17th Sabah state election independently. Secretary-General Datuk Loretto Padua Jr. stated that Warisan remains unaffiliated with GRS or any other party, focusing on representing the people of Sabah. He dismissed rumors of deals with GRS as false and reiterated Warisan's commitment to addressing issues like the rising cost of living, infrastructure deficiencies, and Sabah's resource rights. Padua also criticized the involvement of the Head of State in political rumors, urging respect for the institution.
