Bursa Malaysia will delist Sarawak Cable Bhd and Annum Bhd on May 30, 2025, after rejecting their applications for more time to submit regularisation plans. Trading will be suspended from May 28, 2025. The companies can appeal the decision by May 27, 2025, which would defer the delisting pending the appeal's outcome, but trading will still be suspended. Even after delisting, both companies will continue to operate as unlisted entities, with shareholders' rights protected under the Companies Act 2016.
