A Kota Kinabalu couple, Mr. and Mrs. Lim, accuse an Inanam auto service center of forging their signatures on repair documents. After sending their vehicle for engine repair in October 2024, the original problem persisted, and new issues arose. Charged RM5,000 without proper documentation, they filed a complaint with the Consumer Claims Tribunal. During the tribunal, they discovered forged signatures on documents submitted by the service center, prompting a police report. The tribunal ruled in January 2025.
