MaiStorage Technology, part of the Phison Group, aims to train 175 integrated circuit (IC) design engineers by 2026. They are collaborating with TalentCorp to address the talent development challenge in IC design. CEO Datuk Pua Khein Seng highlighted the importance of nurturing local talent in this field.
