Dua nelayan Indonesia hanyut 3 hari diselamatkan TLDM
The Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) rescued two Indonesian fishermen who had been adrift for three days near Pulau Jarak, 72km west of Kuala Perak. Their boat, originating from Tanjung Balai, Indonesia, suffered engine failure on Saturday, leaving them adrift since June 19th. The fishermen, aged 23 and 25, were exhausted but managed to navigate towards Pulau Jarak. The RMN provided food, shelter, and repaired their engine. The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) will handle further action, and the RMN vessel KM Malawali will escort the repaired boat out of Malaysian waters.
