Injured teen hiker found semi-conscious after fall at Niah National Park
A 19-year-old student was injured after falling while hiking at Bukit Kasut, Niah National Park. Found semi-conscious with waist injuries, she was rescued by firefighters, SFC officers, police, and MoH staff. The rescue involved a 1km boat trip, a 1.5km walk, and climbing a 150-foot cliff. After receiving first aid, she was carried down on a stretcher, transported by boat, and handed over to an ambulance.
