Chery Tiggo 7 Sport – Jaecoo J7 with Evoque face
The Chery Tiggo 7 Sport, priced at RM52,000, bears a striking resemblance to the Range Rover Evoque and is essentially a rebadged Jaecoo J7. Key differences include streamlined mirrors, a less powerful 1.5-liter turbo engine (156 PS/230 Nm) paired with a 6-speed DCT, and 18-inch alloy wheels. The interior is largely similar to the J7, but features a Chery-badged steering wheel, repositioned gear lever and cupholders, and new trim. Added features include ventilated and heated seats, a 540-degree camera, and auto climate control. While the instrument panel remains 10.25 inches, the infotainment screen is reportedly a smaller 13.2-inch unit.
