Ford Ranger Super Duty specs revealed – 209 PS/600 Nm 3.0L V6 diesel, 1.9 tonne payload, from RM230k
Ford has released full specifications for the Ranger Super Duty, revealing a focus on heavy-duty performance. While using the same 3.0L V6 turbodiesel as the standard Ranger, the Super Duty's power output is reduced to 209 PS to meet Euro VI emissions standards. However, torque remains at 600 Nm. Key upgrades include a 25% more efficient cooling system, a GVM of 4,500 kg, a GCM of 8,000 kg, and a maximum towing capacity of 4,500 kg. Payload capacities are significantly higher than the class average, reaching up to 1,982 kg. Ground clearance is an impressive 299 mm, exceeding even the Ranger Raptor.
