Sagah: Sarawak youth thriving on global stage through Sarawak Space Challenge
Sarawak students are achieving global recognition through the Sarawak Space Challenge programme, formerly NASA Space Apps Sarawak. Minister Dato Sri Roland Sagah Wee Inn highlighted students' successes, including visits to NASA, pitches in Silicon Valley, and international awards. The programme, part of the world's largest hackathon, aims to equip Sarawakian youth with skills for a high-income economy. Over 12,000 participants have joined in the past four years, with 6,000 more targeted this year. New collaborators include Swinburne Computer Science Club, UniTech club, Persatuan Informasi Ibu Bapa Miri, and JOM.
