Dr Annuar: Teachers the drivers of rural progress
Sarawak's Deputy Minister of Education, Datuk Dr Annuar Rapaee, emphasized the crucial role of young teachers in driving rural progress. With over 12,000 teachers under 40, he highlighted their potential to transform education through creative digital learning approaches. Speaking at a Dual Language Programme event, he stated the upcoming Sarawak Assessment Test aims to gauge student mastery and school performance, not just compare grades. Assemblyman Azizul Annuar Adenan added that the program strengthens Science, Mathematics, and English skills, crucial for STEM fields and developing essential life skills.
