Azalina: All Umno divisions entitled to propose motions, but no formal request yet on Hishammuddin’s suspension

Umno divisions are permitted to submit motions, including one to reinstate Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein's membership, according to Umno Information Chief Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said. While the Sembrong division reportedly proposed this, the Supreme Leadership hasn't received a formal motion yet. Azalina confirmed divisions' right to submit motions, emphasizing Umno's internal processes. This follows Sembrong's second consecutive call for Hishammuddin's reinstatement. Johor Umno chairman Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi acknowledged Hishammuddin's mentorship, highlighting the division's appreciation for him.
