Man falls to death from SGH parking lot

A man died after falling from the top level of Sarawak General Hospital's (SGH) multistorey parking lot. He had previously been admitted to the emergency unit's yellow zone after a self-accident where his vehicle crashed into a tree. He reportedly absconded from the unit before the fall. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene. Authorities were alerted by members of the public who discovered his body.
