The Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA) signed an MoU to enhance arbitration cooperation. Witnessed by Malaysian Minister Azalina Othman Said during her official visit to Japan, the agreement formalizes collaboration in commercial arbitration, capacity building, and joint training. This will be further strengthened at the ministerial level during a special Malaysia-Japan dialogue in August. The partnership aims to bolster investor confidence and promote sustainable regional development.
