Bomba sukarela diarah bela diri ‘noda’ remaja lelaki

A 52-year-old volunteer fireman, Zaki Ahmad, was ordered to enter his defense by the Muar Sessions Court on charges of physical sexual assault against a 17-year-old boy, the son of his friend, four years ago in Segamat. Judge Sayani Mohd Nor made the decision after the prosecution established a prima facie case. The accused faces three charges under the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017, which carries a sentence of up to 20 years imprisonment and whipping. The incidents allegedly occurred at the accused's home between July 11th and 15th, 2021. The victim confided in a friend, who then informed the victim's adoptive father, leading to a police report and the accused's arrest on January 16th, 2021.
