The second ASEAN-GCC meeting focused on two strategic visions to strengthen regional cooperation. The Philippines, as the ASEAN-GCC Relations Coordinator, highlighted the productive meeting despite logistical challenges, thanks to close collaboration with Kuwait, the GCC Chair.
