A former Negeri Sembilan Department of Environment (DOE) Deputy Director, along with another individual and their company, were charged with illegally dumping non-halogenated organic solvent chemical waste in Port Dickson last year. The accused, 62-year-old former civil servant S. Sivanathiran, and 47-year-old Chan Kwai Soon, pleaded not guilty.
