A family of three died in a head-on collision with a bus near Sungai Sam, Kuala Krai. The accident, involving a Perodua Myvi, occurred around 11:50 am at Kilometer 104 of the Kota Bharu-Gua Musang road. The driver, Mohamad Faris Kamaluddin, 24, his wife, Nur Atikah Najihah, and another family member were killed. The suspected cause is a failed attempt to overtake another vehicle.
