The Road Transport Department (JPJ) of Malaysia is enhancing vehicle inspection procedures starting tomorrow. These improvements focus on stricter safety standards, specifically tire tread depth checks for all commercial vehicles and inspections of dumper and tipper trucks at Computerized Vehicle Inspection Centers (Puspakom). JPJ Director-General Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli announced these changes to ensure road safety.
